My son was referred here by his dentist. The doctor was very kind and accommodating, especially with my son, who sometimes has difficulty communicating in stressful situations. Both the doctor and her assistant were fantastic. I would bring any of my children here.

Dr. Hong Chen is an exceptional endodontist, and my wife and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I first saw Dr. Chen in 2021 for a complex root canal case after suffering for years from a recurring infection and abscess that never fully resolved. Unfortunately, my general dentist had misdiagnosed the issue and even performed a root canal on the wrong tooth. By the time I saw Dr. Chen, the affected tooth was at serious risk of being lost. Dr. Chen took the time to do a thorough evaluation using 3D imaging and carefully walked me through multiple treatment options. She clearly explained the pros and cons of each approach, answered all my questions, and worked with me to reach a thoughtful, well-reasoned decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, only fully informed and supported. After two visits, the root canal was completed successfully. The pain disappeared, the abscess gradually resolved completely, and most importantly, it has never recurred in nearly five years. Dr. Chen quite literally saved my tooth. We appreciate Dr. Chen! Our family has been seeing Dr. Chen for over a decade for her superlative endodontal work. Not only is she highly skilled, but she is always patient (answering many of my own questions) and takes the time to carefully explain the necessary procedures. We like that she is experienced and conservative in her treatment; furthermore, the dreaded root canal was almost painless when she performed it. Although we live out of state, we value her proficiency so highly that we drove 5 hours to NC just to consult with her first. That's the measure of our respect for her expertise.
